Joe Kiedinger is President and Brander-In-Chief of Prophit Marketing. He
looks over and steers the vision of the company. He keeps all the
Prophiteers on track as to why we’re here-- to grow our clients’ profits,
not to win awards. Leadership training is Joe’s passion-- taking ordinary
people and turning them into influential leaders of initiatives and

Just for fun
Nickname: Dipstick, as named by his father. He never knew what it meant.
Later, Joe was named Joe Kindergarten by his school friends. This nickname
was upsetting as Joe was clearly in the first grade.
Fun Fact: After graduating from St. Norbert College Joe became a bus driver!
Performer: Joe is a true performer. Between then ages of three and nine, his
parents would ask him to entertain guests by singing songs about random
things: a tree, a bird, etc.
Memory: When Joe was three, a salesperson came to the door and Joe answered.
The man said, “Why hello young lady is your mother home?” Joe still hates
that guy.
Biography
Joe, a De Pere, Wisconsin native was born the youngest of five children. He
remained in the same town from Elementary School all the way through college
where he attended St. Norbert. After graduation, Joe went on to work as a
Production Singer for Carnival Cruise Lines. Afterwards he became quite the
entrepreneur—co-founding Frank’s Dinner Theatre, Empire for the Arts, and J.
Kiedinger Advertising which is now known as Prophit Marketing, Inc. He
continues to live in his childhood home in De Pere with his wife Danica and
four children.

Nickname: When Danica went out to dinner for Homecoming one year, she didn’t
eat her potato and was given a goofy nickname as a result. Her friend
Michael decided to refer to her as Wasta-potata-ka which he continued to
call her ever since.
First Job: She first worked at Hansen’s Dairy making subs, pizzas, and
serving ice cream.
Multi-Tasker: Danica is the proud—and busy—mother of four and somehow finds
time to do our finances!
Memory: Danica and her sister used to be quite the performers. They would
turn off the lights, put Michael Jackson on the record player --using a lamp
shade for the spotlight-- and dance to Thriller and many other favorites.
Biography
Danica was born and raised in De Pere, Wisconsin—the third of four children.
She attended De Pere High School and then went on to study Early Childhood
Education at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. After graduation, she
worked at Encompass Child Care. Looking for a new challenge, Danica went to
work at Schneider. She later obtained her Insurance License to work for
AFLAC. Today, Danica continues to live in her hometown of De Pere with her
husband Joe and four beautiful children.

Lisa, the Senior Media Buyer in residence at Prophit Marketing gives buying
recommendations to clients based on demographics and advertising goals. She
negotiates winning buys for clients and believes accuracy, detail, and
research are all key in making effective buys.

Nickname: Lees
First Job: Lisa took her first step into the career world working as a
waitress in a retirement community.
Curious: Quite the explorer at a young age, Lisa found herself getting into
things she probably shouldn’t--such as crawling through culverts.
Memory: As an only child, Lisa was often blamed for the family dog’s
mischievousness. An incident with bubble gum rings a bell…
Biography
Lisa, an only child, grew up in Hubertus, Wisconsin. After high school, she
moved to Green Bay to attend the University of Wisconsin Green Bay where she
spent the next four years thinking she knew it all-- then she entered the
real world! After her graduation, she spent some time in radio and began to
feel the need for a new challenge. She started her Master’s Degree at the
University of Wisconsin Milwaukee which she completed in 2007 and was hired
by Joe at J. Kiedinger Advertising which was recently renamed Prophit
Marketing, Inc. She is now happily married to her loving, handy-man husband
Tim. The couple enjoy their time at home in Wrightstown where they spend
free time kayaking, boating, fixing up their house, and playing with their
three unruly Australian Cattle Dogs—Quigley, Cora, and Boomer.

Kim, a Media Buyer at Prophit Marketing, Inc. joined the company in June of
2007. She communicates with our Process Managers and Sales Representatives
to be sure everyone has what they need to make it happen. Her main
priorities include custom-fitting our clients’ needs and preferences with an
effective marketing campaign as well as negotiating great rates to fit their
budgets. Her goal is getting our clients the most frequency for their
dollar.

Nickname: Kim’s high school friends created a string of nicknames for her
starting with Kimbo—then Kimbob—and finally Bob.
First Job: Her first job was a video store clerk where she worked with all
her close high school friends. She says this experience is reminiscent of
the movie Clerks.
World Traveler: Kim has lived all over! She has resided in: Tacoma,
Washington, Colorado Springs, Colorado, Champaign, Illinois, Hahn Air Force
Base in Germany, Woodbridge, Virginia, Green Bay, WI, and LaCrosse
Wisconsin!
Memory: As a child of the 80s, Kim remembers dancing and doing gymnastics in
Germany while listening to Paula Abdul and New Kids on the Block—classic!
Biography
Kim was born on a military base in Tacoma, Washington. Growing up, she did a
lot of moving around-- living everywhere from Germany to Virginia.
Eventually, she landed in Green Bay where her father grew up. After high
school, she moved to LaCrosse, Wisconsin to attend college. She counts this
time as the most fun five years of her life. She then returned to Green Bay
where she worked in the insurance industry for three and a half years before
finding her way to Prophit Marketing, Inc. where she’s currently a Media
Buyer. Today, Kim has a boyfriend, Jason and lives in Howard with her cat,
Pablo.
Mike Bartos:
Process Manager

Mike, our Process Manager Director works one-on-one with our clients and
other Process Managers to provide business tools and marketing plans that
help them succeed in the marketplace. He heads up our Account Services
Department and sees the Prophit Marketing System through from start to
finish.

Nickname: Mike’s classmates nicknamed him “Bart,” but his close friends
refer to him as “Cheetos.”
First Job: He briefly worked as a newspaper deliverer, but his father made
him give it up as he became tired of driving Mike around whenever it got
cold.
Exuberant: Mike has always had a talent for making his viewpoint heard. In
fact, when he was younger, Mike’s teachers asked his parents if he had a
hearing problem because he spoke so loudly. Not much has changed.
Memory: When he broke his wrist in 6th grade, Mike’s mother—a Registered
Nurse—wanted to take him upstairs for a change of clothes before taking him
to the hospital. One must always be presentable!
Biography
Mike, the older of two boys, was born in Waukesha, Wisconsin and remained
there until the end of college. He then moved to attend school at the
University of Wisconsin Green Bay. There, he played on the UWGB Men’s Tennis
team for four years. After graduating, he broke into the career world by
selling local and long distance phone service to businesses. He then went
into television before coming to work for Joe. Today, Mike lives in De Pere,
Wisconsin with his wife Meredith and dog, Ty. He and Meredith love to spend
time golfing and boating together.

Jim, a Process Manager at Prophit Marketing, Inc., provides guidance and
energy serving as the marketing eyes and ears for his accounts. He works on
the spectrum of creative solutions from brainstorming to script writing to
production, with the goal of creating long term positive relationships with
clients.

Nickname: The Whip—don’t ask why.
First Job: Jim once worked as an overnight gas station attendant for a
whopping $2.20 an hour. Hopefully he’s had a raise since then!
Carnivore: He loves to fish and hunt, but unfortunately does not have much
time for it. This die-hard hunter needs to eat meat before noon every day or
someone will pay!
Memory: Jim recalls his first experience buying beer—at age 13. He must have
looked mature for his age.
Biography
Jim, the seventh of eight children, grew up near downtown Green Bay,
Wisconsin. He attended Green Bay East High School and then went on to obtain
his degrees in Advertising and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin
Madison. In 1982, Jim co-founded Media Management which later became known
as the Karma Group—an advertising agency. In June of 2006, he joined Prophit
Marketing as a Process Manager. Today, Jim lives in the country where he,
his wife Debra, and his two children have beautiful orchards and gardens.
Lisa Pritzl:

Lisa, our Brand Designer, develops customers’ brands visually through print
and web. She finds joy in creating designs that are both visually appealing
and produce results for our customers. She believes consistency is key in
branding a company’s image.

Nickname: With the maiden name of Raisleger, Lisa recalls nicknames like
"Rice-A -Roni - the San Francisco treat"--remember the commercial? Also,
"Rice Rice Baby"—a spin-off of Vanilla Ice’s most hit--was another popular
one. Kids are so creative!
First Job: Lisa first worked at Yogurt Connection with her best friend
Melissa where she showed her professionalism by flinging the toppings across
the room when no one was around. Since then she has stopped throwing things
at work—most of the time.
Impassioned: She has a real passion for dance. For twenty years Lisa was a
dancer and dance instructor.
Memory: As a child, Lisa and her brother would set up carnivals in their
yard and charge kids a quarter to enter. When their mother found out, she
made them give the money back. If only she had known that they intended to
spend their earnings on a nice gift for her.
Biography
Lisa, a proud Green Bay native, followed her love for dance for twenty
years. She then went on to study at the University of Wisconsin Green Bay
where she obtained a degree in Communications and the Arts with an emphasis
in Graphic Design. She even married the UWGB mascot! Lisa and her husband,
Mike, then went on to have two boys. Shortly after college she started an
independent Graphic Design studio called Graphic Solutions. In November of
2006 she joined Prophit Marketing, Inc. as a Brand Designer. Today, Lisa
enjoys spending time with her family, camping, reading, running, and
traveling for soccer games.
Lauren Page:
Administrative Assistant

Lauren, currently the Administrative Assistant at Prophit Marketing, Inc.,
helps out with many aspects of the business. She helps process billing,
writes, edits, and does all kinds of odd jobs. Feel free to call her with
any questions. She can point you in the right direction.

Nickname: For some odd reason Lauren has often been given male names as
nicknames. In high school she was known as Larry. In college her roommate
Amanda referred to her as Troy William. No one really knows why.
First Job: Lauren once was a buser at a local restaurant. It was a messy
experience she hopes never again to relive. Never again…never again.
Peculiar: She had an odd quirk growing up: she made analog watches run
backwards. We’re not talking just one watch…many.
Memory: She once permed her bangs only—leaving the rest straight. Strangely
no pictures have been recovered.
Biography
Lauren was born and raised in Menasha, Wisconsin. There, this only child
attended Menasha High School. She later made her first move to De Pere,
Wisconsin and attended St. Norbert College where she experienced the best
four years of her life. In May 2007, Lauren followed her passion for writing
and graduated with a degree in English with an emphasis in Communications.
Shortly after graduating, she found her way to Prophit Marketing, Inc. Now,
she continues to live in De Pere and spends her time reading, writing, and
learning to cook!
